Warehouse Manager

Qualifications Required 7–10+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, preferably within food manufacturing or a similar regulated manufacturing environment. 5+ years of warehouse management or operational leadership experience, including responsibility for supervisors and/or other people leaders. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, labor management, and cost management. Strong knowledge of safety programs, continuous improvement, and warehouse best practices. Solid understanding of food safety, GMP, sanitation, and SQF requirements. Experience supporting or leading SQF, food safety, and safety audits. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and KPIs to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Bilingual: Spanish/English. Spanish C2 (Mastery) and can convey technical concepts and material. Ability to work in temperature-controlled, refrigerated, and freezer environments. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as required. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary. Pay: $55,200.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
