With established operations in Canada and the U.S., we are continuing to expand our business and are preparing to establish a new warehouse operation in Arizona. Position Overview The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing our new Arizona warehouse, from preparing the facility and implementing operational processes to recruiting, training, and leading the warehouse team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the launch of the facility and will remain responsible for its ongoing performance, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, employee supervision, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a hands-on manager who can take initiative, solve problems, and build an organized, productive, and reliable warehouse operation Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation of the facility, equipment, and operational resources required to begin operations. Recruit, hire, and build the warehouse team in preparation for the facility's opening. Coordinate logistics activities to optimize distribution center operations and improve overall process flow. Manage daily workloads, assign responsibilities, and monitor employee productivity. Utilize forklift and other material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and movement of goods throughout the warehouse. Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse experience, including significant experience in a supervisory or management role. Proven experience recruiting, hiring, training, and managing warehouse employees. Hands-on experience operating forklift trucks, heavy lifting equipment Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Comfortable working in a hands-on role while managing and directing a team. Physically fit and able to safely lift and handle products weighing up to 100 lbs.
