Warehouse Manager- Distribution Model

Job Summary The Warehouse Manager leads warehouse distribution, logistics, and transportation operations from planning through order fulfillment. You’ll guide teams, coordinate inventory, freight, shipping, and receiving to keep products moving accurately and efficiently. Your impact: Strong inventory control and coordinated transportation help customers and business partners receive the right products when needed. Responsibilities Direct daily warehouse operations, distribution management, and team management; coach supervisors and team members. Oversee inventory management, and order fulfillment using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Manage transportation planning, fleet requirements, freight, and carrier relationships, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Lead process management, Lean practices, and continuous improvement; communicate performance, priorities, and issues clearly. Skills Required: Warehouse management or warehouse operations experience, including warehouse supervisor experience and supervising experience. Required: Background in distribution operations, supply chain management, logistics management, or operations management. Required: Team leadership, managerial communication, budgeting, and process improvement skills. Preferred: Familiarity with inventory control, Microsoft Office, Lean, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems.
