Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse, inventory, production support, and fulfillment operations to ensure materials and products move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the business. This role leads warehouse personnel, improves processes, maintains inventory accuracy, and collaborates across departments to support productivity, on-time delivery, quality, and company growth Duties Set operating priorities, schedules, staffing assignments, work areas, capacity plans, and accountability across Inbound, QC, Repair, Staging, Prep, Processing, and Loading. Direct daily floor activity, monitor queue age and handoffs, and respond to missing, damaged, unsafe, delayed, or capacity-constrained equipment. Ensure SOPs, safety controls, training, inventory-system practices, documentation, housekeeping, and transfer requirements are current and consistently followed. Review inventory accuracy, QC throughput, repair aging, pull completion, turnaround, readiness, labor productivity, overtime, and first-time job success. Approve substitutions, vendors, expenditures, overtime, and operational exceptions within authority; escalate material cost, staffing, safety, or client-impact decisions. Coach and develop employees, lead shift communication, address performance issues, support hiring, training, corrective action, and succession planning.· Coordinate forecasts and job priorities with Rental/Project, Fleet, Operations, Finance, HR, and vendors; lead audits, root-cause reviews, and process improvements. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 or more years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, AV rental, event production, logistics, or technical operations experience, including demonstrated supervisory or management responsibility. Broad knowledge of inventory control, inbound, QC, repair routing, staging, prep, processing, loading, workplace safety, scheduling, budgets, and operational reporting. Strong floor leadership, coaching, prioritization, conflict resolution, analytics, planning, communication, change management, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with inventory/rental systems, KPI reporting, spreadsheets, and written documentation; experience with Flex Rental Solutions or GTP QC Software preferred. Must be fluent in both English & Spanish Work Environment Fast-paced leadership role with changing deadlines, peak-season demands, personnel matters, urgent client changes, and possible early morning, evening, weekend, or after-hours escalation coverage. Skills 99%+ inventory accuracy, 98%+ pull completion, and 98%+ first-time job success. 100% SOP training, required documentation, status-control, and interdepartmental handoff compliance. Timely hazard correction, no preventable process-related safety incidents, and sustained equipment/job readiness. QC throughout, repair aging, turnaround, labor productivity, overtime, shortages, and urgent-job performance reviewed routinely with corrective action documented.
