marketing collateral.
• Maintain strict inventory tracking via WMS; perform routine cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation of promotional materials.
• Manage relationships and daily scheduling with parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and LTL/freight haulers.
• Supervise, train, and direct small warehouse staff and seasonal fulfillment workers. Enforce workplace safety and OSHA standards.
• Manage dock traffic, inbound freight receiving, inspection, and damaged goods/claims processing.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse management, third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce, or promotional fulfillment.
• Strong proficiency in WMS, shipping platforms (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager), and MS Excel.
• Proven track record in inventory management, kitting workflows, and dock operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Certified or experienced in operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and work fully on-site.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
