Warehouse Manager

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment through effective team management and communication skills. Utilize internal Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to monitor operations and analyze data for process improvement. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics providers and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels. Oversee safety protocols involving heavy lifting, forklift operation (certification preferred), and general warehouse safety standards to maintain a secure work environment. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in order fulfillment, packaging, and distribution workflows. Manage documentation related to shipments, inventory records, compliance reports, and incident logs with meticulous attention to detail. Experience Proven supervising experience in a manufacturing or warehouse distribution setting with strong leadership capabilities. Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS and warehouse management systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with supply chain management, e-commerce logistics, packaging processes, and order picking is preferred. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as continuous improvement initiatives or Lean practices is advantageous.
