Warehouse Manager (Commercial Tires) - Dalton, GA

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator - Commercial Truck Tires and miscellaneous passenger and Light Truck tires Location: Dalton, GA Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the commercial tire inventory movement for a multi-operation company location. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory movement and coordinating the efficient process of the storage and organization of said product. This role requires strong team cooperation values and a problem-solving mindset, as well as attention to detail, and excellent organization skills. Key Responsibilities Facilitate flow of product daily: Facilitate the flow of product daily as it pertains to product process inside the location. Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure the timely and proper completion of paperwork for inventory transfer between the warehouse and inner company needs as well as customer delivery need Operational Efficiency: Facilitate procedures to streamline inventory oversite processes and optimize workflow within the warehouse. Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with store managers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tires to various inner company needs as well as for customer delivery needs. Qualifications: Experience in warehouse organization. Experience with tires a plus. Team cooperative skills. Need to have an attitude of team success and a willingness to work to solution with others. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable with machinery. Forklift experience a plus. Will need to be able to effectively and efficiently operate a squeeze lift and forklift. Good communication skills. Must be able to comprehend English and be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to write written orders and label products as needed. Working Conditions: Single Warehouse location. Requires regular standing, lifting, and moving of inventory items.
