Warehouse Manager (Cleveland, OH)

Job Description
 

The Warehouse Manager coordinates the daily activities of the Warehouse and supervises the activities of the Warehouse Assistants & Repair Technicians.
 

 Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the retrieval and proper handling and storage of rented equipment

• Oversee the proper tracking, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of all equipment by Warehouse Personnel

• Tracks attendance, vacation, personal and sick time of Warehouse Personnel

• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures for Warehouse Personnel

• Ensure Warehouse Personnel are properly uniformed

• Conduct staff meetings and maintain meeting minutes

• Participates in quality improvement activities as needed

• Assists in the hiring, orientation, and evaluation of warehouse personnel as needed

• Assist in evaluations of warehouse personnel as needed

• Assumes other duties, within scope of training, as assigned by the Operations Manager

The Cleveland warehouse is currently located at 19200 Cranwood Parkway, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Management/Supervisory experience (Durable Medical Equipment or related field preferred)

• 5+ years of Warehouse experience (Durable Medical Equipment or related field preferred)

• Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card.

• Familiarity with Windows-based programs
