Warehouse Manager

Job Summary Lead daily warehouse operations that keep inventory accurate, orders moving, and teams working safely. As Warehouse Manager, you’ll coordinate warehouse distribution, logistics, shipping and receiving, and inventory management across warehouse or distribution center operations. You’ll guide team performance, resolve operational issues, and drive practical process improvement. Your impact: Accurate inventory and dependable order flow help colleagues and customers receive the right products. Shift: 1:00PM - Close (Approximately 7PM-9PM) Monday-Friday Responsibilities Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and inventory management systems, including a warehouse management system VIP. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, e-commerce fulfillment, and third-party logistics (3PL) activities. Lead, and coach team members; communicate priorities and performance expectations clearly. Identify workflow improvements using Lean management principles, and monitor safety practices. Support forklift and material handling equipment operations; address equipment issues using sound mechanical knowledge. Close and Lockdown Plant. Skills Warehouse experience is essential; warehouse supervisor experience and distribution center operations experience is a must. 5-years experience preferred. Demonstrated team leadership, team management, and managerial communication skills. Working knowledge of warehouse distribution, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and inventory management. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, perform materials handling, and meet role-related heavy lifting requirements. Warehouse Manager must be able to handle dozens of decisions ensuring smooth operations, despite unexpected challenges. Flexibility, problem solving and strategic thinking are a key to success in this position.
