Our mission is simple: to help you grow more with less hassle, every step of the way. The Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our agricultural warehouse. This position is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of crop protection products (chemicals, fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, etc.), seed, and related agricultural products and supplies . The Warehouse Manager will lead warehouse employees, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate product movement, and work closely with Agronomy, Seed, Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure products are available when needed-especially during peak planting and application seasons. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and direct warehouse employees Manage and oversee the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, storing, handling, picking, loading, and shipping crop protection agricultural products ( chemicals, fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, etc. ), seed, and related agricultural products and supplies . Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations for crop protection agricultural products, seed, and related agricultural products and supplies . Monitor crop protection agricultural products, seed, and related agricultural products and supplies inventory levels and communicate shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies to management. Manage accurate crop protection agricultural products, seed, and related agricultural products and supplies invoicing, including orders, pricing, quantities, and billing information. Ensure seed is properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled according to company procedures. Coordinate seed treatment, conditioning, packaging, or other processing activities as applicable. Maintain accurate records for seed receipts, shipments, transfers, and inventory adjustments. Maintain accurate records of customer deposits, prepaid products, and deposit inventory, as applicable. Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment. Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and report maintenance needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and surrounding work areas. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and internal employees as needed. Assist with resolving inventory, delivery, order, and customer service issues. Monitor warehouse expenses and assist with controlling operating costs. Complete required reports, records, and documentation accurately and on time. Required Qualifications and Skills Associate or bachelor's degree in agriculture, logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field. Obtain a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with required endorsements (e.g., HazMat, Tanker) within six months of employment and maintain a clean driving record. Previous warehouse, inventory, crop protection agricultural products, seed, and related agricultural products and supplies experience preferred. Ability to operate warehouse equipment. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience using inventory management or ERP systems preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Follow safety and compliance standards to help ensure their well-being and the safety of others. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
