Calgary Warehouse Manager

Location: Calgary, AB
Full-time | Monday–Friday

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being hands-on, keeping things organized, and making sure the operation runs smoothly?

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Calgary warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, equipment, and a small team.

You’ll be the person who knows what is coming in, what is going out, what needs to be ordered, and what needs attention — while making sure the warehouse is safe, clean, organized, and ready to support our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the daily operation of the Calgary warehouse, including shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
  • Oversee and support the Warehouse Assistant and Customer Service Representatives/Delivery Drivers
  • Process daily orders for customers, delivery vehicles, and satellite warehouses
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Work with office staff to monitor inventory needs and coordinate ordering
  • Conduct inventory and equipment spot-checks
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage documentation
  • Ensure regulated products and hazardous materials are properly documented and handled
  • Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Drive a commercial delivery vehicle when needed to support service and sales activities
  • Identify problems, find practical solutions, and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on warehouse experience and the ability to take ownership of a warehouse operation.

You may be a great fit if you are currently a:

  • Warehouse Manager
  • Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead
  • Senior Warehouse Associate looking to take the next step
  • Warehouse/Distribution professional with strong inventory and shipping/receiving experience

Your background should include:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or inventory environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate records
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around equipment
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both warehouse and office teams
  • A positive, dependable, hands-on approach
  • The ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team

Assets include:

  • Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
  • Forklift certification
  • WHMIS/GHS knowledge
  • Education or training in warehousing, logistics, or a related field

Physical & Working Requirements

This is a hands-on warehouse position, not a desk-only management role.

You must be comfortable:

  • Standing and moving around the warehouse for extended periods
  • Regularly lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.
  • Bending, twisting, and performing physical warehouse duties
  • Maneuvering large-volume drums with mechanical assistance
  • Working indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • A clean driving record and safe driving habits are required.

If you’re someone who takes pride in a well-run warehouse, enjoys solving problems, and wants to have a direct impact on the operation, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a key part of the business.

Apply today and tell us about your warehouse experience and the type of operation you’ve been responsible for.
