Warehouse Manager

Fulfillment Hub USA is a fast-growing logistics and fulfillment company providing warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and distribution solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Our warehouse operations are a critical part of our business, and we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who can take full ownership of day-to-day warehouse performance while developing a disciplined, efficient, safe, and accountable operation. Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, storage, picking, packing, shipping, labor management, safety, productivity, and operational accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strong operational background. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing a fast-paced warehouse environment, leading teams, solving operational problems, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that client orders and inventory are handled accurately and on time. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with Operations, Inventory, Customer Service, Human Resources, and senior leadership to ensure warehouse activities are aligned with company standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Manage and oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and outbound operations. Ensure orders are processed accurately and within established service-level expectations and shipping deadlines. Coordinate daily workflow based on order volume, inbound shipments, staffing levels, priorities, and operational requirements. Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layouts, storage locations, staging areas, workstations, and shipping/receiving areas. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and workflow. Ensure appropriate procedures are followed for damaged, missing, incorrect, or unidentified inventory. Support peak-volume periods by proactively planning staffing, workflow, space utilization, and operational priorities. Inventory Management Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy throughout the facility. Ensure receiving, put-away, transfers, adjustments, picking, and shipping transactions are properly recorded in warehouse systems. Work closely with the Inventory team to investigate and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate cycle counts, physical inventory activities, and inventory audits as required. Monitor inventory location accuracy and ensure products are stored according to operational and client requirements. Investigate recurring inventory errors and implement processes to prevent future discrepancies. Team Leadership & Labor Management Lead, supervise, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, associates, forklift operators, receivers, and other operational personnel. Establish clear daily expectations regarding productivity, accuracy, attendance, safety, and workplace conduct. Conduct daily operational meetings or shift briefings when appropriate. Assign labor according to operational priorities and workload. Monitor individual and team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Partner with Human Resources regarding attendance issues, employee relations, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, investigations, and staffing needs. Support onboarding and training of new warehouse employees. Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and respectful communication throughout the warehouse. Performance & KPI Management Monitor and manage warehouse KPIs related to productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, receiving performance, shipping performance, labor efficiency, damages, and operational errors.
