Job Description American New Logistics Service (ANL) is seeking a responsible, proactive, and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Savannah warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate employees, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations: Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Team Management: Supervise warehouse employees, assign daily tasks, coordinate schedules, and monitor performance. Operational Efficiency: Improve warehouse workflows, productivity, accuracy, and overall operational performance. Staff Coordination: Work closely with HR on employee scheduling, recruitment, training, attendance, and performance management. Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers, transportation providers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, warehouse safety standards, and company policies. Cost Control: Monitor labor costs, operational expenses, and warehouse resource utilization. Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, including productivity, inventory accuracy, and KPIs. Problem Solving: Take ownership of operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions. Qualifications Previous warehouse management or logistics operations experience required. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (Required). Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with WMS, inventory management, and warehouse operations preferred. Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL warehousing is a strong plus.
