Warehouse Manager (Beverages Distribution)

Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations. Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective team management, managerial communication, and team leadership strategies. Oversee inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS), and RF scanners to maintain accurate stock levels and data integrity. Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and other mechanical knowledge tools while adhering to OSHA safety, and DOT compliance standards. Monitor shipping & receiving activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards for heavy lifting and materials handling. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or warehouse supervisor roles with strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution center processes. Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent managerial communication skills and team leadership capabilities. Proficiency in using forklift trucks, RF scanners, and other materials handling equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of logistics principles, OSHA safety regulations, and DOT compliance. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
