Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping and delivery times. The ideal candidate is able to lead a team and create a safe working environment. Responsibilities: Provide a safe and clean environment for warehouse employees by managing, organizing, and training warehouse employees Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general warehouse maintenance Responsible for inspecting products when the containers unload Daily warehouse yard management; formulate procedures to track and manage the flow of inventory Train all new warehouse employees Qualifications: 1-2+ years experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Proficiency with SAP, ERP, WMS systems Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety (Preferred) Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
