Warehouse Manager

Job Overview Lead fast-moving warehouse operations that keep products flowing safely and accurately from receiving through shipping. As Warehouse Manager, you’ll guide the team, coordinate logistics, and strengthen inventory control across warehouse distribution and distribution center operations. This role may support e-commerce fulfillment and third-party logistics (3PL) activity. Responsibilities Direct daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, materials handling, and inventory management; use a warehouse management system and inventory management systems to track stock and resolve discrepancies. Lead, coach, and schedule team members; communicate priorities clearly and coordinate work across warehouse functions. Oversee safe use of forklifts, radio-frequency (RF) scanners, and other material handling equipment; reinforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and safe heavy-lifting practices. Your impact: By keeping inventory accurate and shipments moving safely, you help teams fulfill orders reliably and customers receive the products they need. Qualifications Warehouse management or warehouse supervisor experience, with practical knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control. Experience in team management and team leadership; strong managerial communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate or oversee forklifts, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment; able to perform job-related heavy lifting safely. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, and inventory management systems. Preferred: Experience with warehouse distribution, e-commerce, 3PL, distribution center operations, or lean management. Pay: $51,000.00 - $61,600.00 per year Work Location: In person
