Warehouse Manager

Overview Lead warehouse operations that keep inventory moving safely and reliably from receiving through shipping. As Warehouse Manager, you’ll guide a team, coordinate logistics, and strengthen warehouse processes across daily operations. Your impact: Effective inventory control and shipping coordination help customers and business partners receive accurate orders on time. High ceiling with potential for raises based off performance. Duties Direct warehouse operations, distribution center activities, and team management, including work assignments and clear managerial communication. Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory management systems; use a warehouse management system (WMS), radio-frequency (RF) scanner, and AS400 as applicable. Coordinate logistics, shipping and receiving, and e-commerce order flow; work with third-party logistics (3PL) partners as needed. Promote process improvement and lean management practices while maintaining safe materials handling and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Support equipment use, including forklifts and other material handling equipment, and maintain safe procedures for heavy lifting. Qualifications Required: Warehouse experience, warehouse management experience, and team leadership or team management experience; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred.
