Job Overview Warehouse Manager & Supervisor Positions — All Three Shifts SIP Manufacturing | Southaven, MS | On-site Build Something Big From the Ground Up 500,000 square feet. Approximately 150 employees. Three shifts. And we’re just getting started. SIP Manufacturing is recruiting warehouse managers and supervisors for our new Southaven facility—our second location following Lake Elsinore, California. This is an opportunity to help build our warehouse team, establish processes, and shape a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork from the beginning. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and support warehouse employees across assigned shifts. Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, production staging, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records, lot traceability, and timely material movement. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality to support operational needs. Promote workplace safety, food safety, organization, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For People management experience and a strong background in warehouse, distribution, inventory, or logistics operations. Successful candidates take ownership, solve problems, communicate clearly, and help teams succeed. Warehouse systems or ERP experience is preferred. Beverage manufacturing experience is valued but not required. We have multiple leadership opportunities available, so we encourage candidates with relevant experience to apply even if they do not meet every qualification. All three shifts available.
