Warehouse Manager and Driver

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager and Driver to manage our distribution operations and ensure seamless transportation logistics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee warehouse activities, manage inventory, optimize processes, and coordinate transportation efforts—all while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and team collaboration. Duties Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and distribution management to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards. Drive a 15ft box truck daily for short distance deliveries Manage transportation planning and logistics coordination using transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize freight routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times. Conduct process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce waste. Maintain accurate inventory management Ensure compliance with shipping & receiving protocols, freight regulations, and safety policies while managing distribution operations efficiently. Lead efforts in process management across warehouse distribution functions including order fulfillment, materials management, procurement, and shipping & receiving. Qualifications Be detail oriented Demonstrated ability in transportation planning, freight management, shipping & receiving procedures, and logistics management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities related to operations management, production planning, and supply chain analytics. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in driving as part of the role is preferred but not mandatory.
