Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for organizing and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes. This role also includes select facility and equipment maintenance responsibilities.
Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on items to order and restock.
Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory levels, gate processes, and shipping methods.
Ensure technicians maintain equipment and vehicles, including operational readiness and cleanliness.
Ensure technicians have proper chemicals, equipment, and supplies daily.
Maintain gas cards, customer security badges, and overall building security.
Identify and report all safety equipment maintenance issues.
Be available to respond to emergency calls during scheduled shifts and as assigned on weekends.
Be present in the warehouse at the end of each shift to maintain technician accountability, ensure equipment is properly stored, and confirm equipment needing service is properly tagged.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Operations Manager.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Capable of understanding and learning recommended maintenance equipment, materials, and procedures.
Knowledge of safety practices and safe work procedures.
Good understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must pass a drug test, MVR, and background screening when required.
General technical skills, such as typing and smartphone use.
Capable of using hand and power tools.
Position Requirements
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment
This position operates in a garage environment with average vehicle and equipment noise levels. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, there is frequent exposure to chemicals, electrical equipment with moving mechanical parts, and driving a company vehicle.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift files and materials, stand, bend, stoop, and walk.
Ability to use a keyboard, monitor, and phone.
Ability to communicate verbally with others.
Walking, bending, twisting, climbing, turning of the head and torso, crawling, reaching, flexing arms and legs, and stooping as required.
Ability to drive up to 90 minutes one way.
When offsite, extensive indoor walking and some outdoor walking is required.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Pay & Schedule
Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
