Warehouse Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our event warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, ensure efficient inventory control, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and maintain seamless logistics workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing your expertise in warehouse management systems, material handling equipment, and team leadership to deliver excellence in distribution center operations. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Manage inventory control to ensure accuracy and accountability. Coordinate logistics activities to optimize material flow. Forklift operation for safe handling of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to streamline workflows, reduce downtime and enhance overall productivity. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes to support operational transparency and decision-making. Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management with a strong background in warehouse supervision. Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and heavy lifting gear safely and efficiently. Extensive knowledge of inventory management techniques, logistics coordination, and warehouse distribution processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems like AS400, RF scanners, and OSHAs safety protocols. Strong team leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Effective managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
