Part-Time Warehouse & Equipment Manager Battco Construction & Maintenance, Inc. Location: Kenner, LA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pay: Based on experience Position Overview Battco Construction & Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and mechanically inclined individual to manage our company warehouse on a part-time basis. Our warehouse needs an initial cleanup and reorganization. Once organized, the primary responsibilities will include maintaining the facility, managing tools and equipment, ordering supplies, and assisting with deliveries to job sites. This is a laid-back, independent position with consistent morning hours, ideal for someone with construction, maintenance, or handyman experience looking for part-time work. Key Responsibilities Clean, organize, and maintain the warehouse and storage areas. Inspect, repair, or coordinate replacement of damaged tools and equipment. Maintain inventory and track tools going to and returning from job sites. Monitor inventory levels and order materials, tools, and supplies as needed. Coordinate and make morning deliveries to job sites when necessary. Receive deliveries and prepare equipment for job sites. Safely operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and organizing materials. Perform routine warehouse cleaning and general upkeep. Qualifications Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment. Basic mechanical and repair skills. Ability to safely operate a forklift; prior experience preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Organized, dependable, and able to work independently. Previous construction, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred. Work Environment We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly.
