Warehouse Manager

Apollo Distributing Company, a family-owned flooring distributor in Fairfield, NJ, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Responsibilities - Lead and support warehouse employees to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety - Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping - Make sure customer orders are completed accurately and on time - Maintain inventory organization and accuracy, including cycle counts - Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with company and OSHA standards - Monitor warehouse equipment, report maintenance needs and schedule repair appointments as needed. - Work with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Transportation as needed Requirements: - Fluent in English and Spanish - Previous warehouse supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience - Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, stock/order pickers, and pallet wrapping equipment - Ability to safely lift and move flooring products and materials Preferred: - Experience with flooring, building materials, wholesale distribution, or a related industry - OSHA forklift/pallet jack certification - Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving What We Offer - Competitive salary - Medical and dental benefits - 401(k) - Paid vacation and sick time - Stable, family-owned company with over 100 years of industry experience How to Apply Please email your resume, a brief introduction, and professional references to info@apollodist.com.
