Warehouse Manager

About Us We are a local wholesale distributor located on the west side of Cleveland, serving retail stores throughout the area. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This position will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organized and running smoothly, managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipping and receiving, and assisting retail customers with orders. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse. Manage receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records and input data into the inventory system. Supervise, schedule, and manage warehouse staff. Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Communicate with retail customers regarding orders, product availability, and other needs. Follow up with customers on orders and help identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Coordinate with vendors, shipping carriers, and other departments as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and keep operations running smoothly. Assist with staffing, training, and hiring when needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse management or similar leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience managing employees and daily operations. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Basic computer and inventory system experience. Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently.
