We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager with strong leadership skills to lead our warehouse team and ensure that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and are always prepared for upcoming projects. Position Overview The Warehouse Manager is responsible for daily warehouse operations, team leadership, workflow coordination, and communication across departments. The primary goal of this role is to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse while ensuring that daily staging projects are prepared in advance and ready on time, allowing our design and moving teams to start their work efficiently and stay on schedule. We are looking for more than someone who simply manages a warehouse. We want a manager who can take initiative, identify problems, lead a team, improve processes, and take ownership of operational results. Key Responsibilities * Lead and organize daily warehouse operations * Manage, train, and support warehouse team members * Prioritize daily work based on current and upcoming projects * Ensure daily staging projects are prepared in advance and ready on time * Coordinate closely with design, moving, and office teams * Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse * Ensure inventory is properly handled, stored, and maintained * Keep inventory organized and easily accessible to support efficient daily operations * Identify operational, inventory, and workflow issues early and take action to resolve them * Assign daily responsibilities and ensure work is completed as expected * Continuously improve warehouse organization, workflow, and overall efficiency * Establish clear expectations and accountability within the warehouse team * Build a positive, professional, efficient, and team-oriented work environment What We’re Looking For * Proactive — sees what needs to be done and takes action without waiting for constant direction * Highly organized — able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment * Strong leader — able to train, delegate, motivate, and support a team * Strong communicator — works effectively with different departments and team members * Problem solver — stays calm, thinks quickly, and finds practical solutions * Accountable — takes ownership of responsibilities, team performance, and results * Detail-oriented — catches issues early and ensures work is completed accurately * Team-minded — understands that successful operations depend on collaboration * Hands-on — willing to work alongside the team when needed * Positive and professional — maintains a constructive attitude in a fast-paced environment Qualifications * Previous experience in warehouse management, operations, logistics, furniture, moving, or a related field preferred * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience * Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment * Willingness to participate in hands-on warehouse work when needed * Basic computer skills * Valid driver’s license preferred * Home staging, furniture, or related industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: ____________________________ Benefits: _________________________________ Work Schedule: ___________________________ To be confirmed prior to posting.
