Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Manager role based in Hialeah Gardens, FL. The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping emergency food and water products while maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities include organizing stock, optimizing layout and workflows, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role also involves managing warehouse staff schedules, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and operating equipment such as forklifts as needed. The Warehouse Manager is expected to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment that supports high-quality service and operational reliability. Qualifications Strong stock control and inventory control skills to ensure accurate and efficient stock management. Experience in inventory management and operations management to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities. Proficiency in forklift operation and safe handling of materials and equipment. Ability to use warehouse management systems or ERP software for tracking inventory and orders. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, training, and performance management. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and materials handling environments. High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is beneficial. Previous experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally in food, beverage, or manufacturing settings.
