Warehouse Manager

Pay: $50,000- $55,000 annually Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Reports To: Director of Kansas City Supply Chain Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining warehouse standards, managing a small team, and ensuring efficient handling of materials. Key Responsibilities: Hire, supervise and manage warehouse employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain a consistent schedule for making bales and loading export trucks in a timely manner. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to ensure smooth operations. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Work collaboratively with other managers to meet production and export deadlines. Maintain inventory and BOL paperwork. Conduct monthly safety meetings. Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience required (certification is a plus). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Leadership skills with experience managing employees preferred.
