Role Description The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining efficient stock control processes. This role includes managing inventory records, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and monitoring warehouse performance metrics. The Warehouse Manager will collaborate with on-site staff and external partners to schedule deliveries, optimize storage space, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising operational workflows, supporting equipment usage such as forklifts through remote coordination, resolving discrepancies in inventory, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy. The role also requires regular reporting, use of warehouse management systems, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate and reliable stock records. Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management, including tracking stock movement and optimizing reorder levels. Candidates should possess skills in Operations Management to oversee daily workflows, ensure efficiency, and support continuous improvement. Candidates should possess familiarity with Forklift Operation to coordinate safe and compliant equipment use within warehouse operations. Candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Candidates should possess proficiency with warehouse or inventory management software and basic office productivity tools. Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote and on-site teams. Relevant experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
