Vanguard LED DisplaysWarehouse Manager – Vanguard LED Displays, Inc. Lakeland, FL (on-site) | Full-time About Us Vanguard LED Displays sells, installs, and supports direct-view LED display systems. Our warehouse holds high-value, sensitive electronics: LED cabinets and modules, controllers, power supplies, cabling, and install hardware. Accuracy and careful handling matter. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to run day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll own inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping, and the organization of our facility. You’ll report to the VP of Operations. What You’ll Do Manage shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory of incoming shipments. Keep housed inventory accurate through cycle counts, barcode labeling, and system updates Prepare packing lists, BOLs, and shipping paperwork. Coordinate with freight carriers for incoming and outgoing Make sure fragile electronics are packed, crated, and stored/shipped correctly Stage equipment for installations and trade shows, and check in returned gear Keep the warehouse clean, organied, and safe What You Bring [3–5+] years of warehouse experience, with at least [2] years in a lead or management role A strong record of inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and reconciliation Experience with shipping documentation and freight coordination Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and barcode or inventory systems Forklift experience and the ability to lift [50] lbs and work on your feet Attention to detail, self-direction, and clear communication which includes ability to delegate tasks Pluses: experience with electronics, AV, or display equipment, and familiarity with import paperwork What We Offer Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 5pm A small team where your work makes a direct impact To Apply Send your resume to Kelly@Vanguardled.com Vanguard LED Displays, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
