Duties Oversee daily warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes Manage inventory control systems to maintain precise stock levels Ability to implement from scratch new WMS and RFD technology Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing clear managerial communication, training, and motivation to achieve operational excellence across production teams Coordinate logistics operations, including materials handling, heavy lifting, forklift operation Implement new RF scanners and inventory tracking technolgy for future improvements Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols during all warehouse operations Supervise shipping & receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards Skills Extensive experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, and logistics coordination Proficiency with inventory management systems (IMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation Skilled in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and other heavy lifting machinery safely Strong team leadership abilities with excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and best practices for materials handling Proven track record in process improvement initiatives using lean management techniques Must be fluent in Spanish and English Ability to manage warehouse supervisor responsibilities effectively while maintaining high standards of warehouse experience and safety compliance.
