WAREHOUSE MANAGER Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time KEEP THE WAREHOUSE MOVING. KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. PVF Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Jacksonville location. We supply industrial pipe, valves, fittings, and related products to contractors, municipalities, utilities, and industrial customers throughout Florida. When customers need material, they need it quickly. Our Warehouse Manager plays a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. This is a hands-on position responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, and maintaining the high standards our customers and employees rely on every day. Experience in industrial distribution, logistics, inventory management, and shipping and receiving is highly valued. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day warehouse operations Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate cycle counts Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on schedule Coordinate inbound and outbound freight Coordinate warehouse activities with sales, drivers, management, and freight carriers to ensure efficient product movement Foster professional relationships with drivers, carriers, vendors, and customers Maintain warehouse safety standards and equipment Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity Maintain a clean, organized, professional warehouse environment Assist with training and support of warehouse personnel as needed QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, industrial distribution, or shipping and receiving experience Strong inventory management experience Forklift experience; certification preferred Experience with inventory, ERP, or warehouse management systems Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate effectively with sales teams, vendors, drivers, and freight carriers Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures Ability to identify and implement practical process improvements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment Experience in industrial distribution, construction supply, plumbing supply, PVF, or related industries preferred WHAT WE OFFER Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) benefits Opportunity to help shape and strengthen a growing Jacksonville operation Team-oriented work environment Stable industry serving essential infrastructure markets A good warehouse runs on accurate inventory, safe practices, and strong relationships.
