Warehouse Manager

Job Summary We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead safe, reliable warehouse operations and keep goods moving smoothly from receiving through shipping. You’ll coordinate people, inventory, equipment, and logistics while improving processes and supporting a collaborative team. Your impact: Accurate inventory control and dependable order flow help colleagues and customers receive the right materials when they need them. Duties Participate in the production of our cookies on our machines, packaging equipment. Primary role is to work on 1 of 3 machines packaging our cookies. Also, Oversee warehouse distribution, daily warehouse operations, and distribution center activities, including shipping and receiving. Manage inventory using inventory management systems and a warehouse management system; use RF scanners to track stock and movement. Lead, schedule, and support warehouse team (1st shift and 2nd shift); communicate priorities, expectations, and operational updates clearly. Operate or oversee forklifts and other material handling equipment, following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and safe materials handling practices. Identify process improvement opportunities and apply lean management principles to support efficient workflows. Skills Warehouse management, logistics, inventory management, and inventory control experience; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred. Team management, team leadership, and clear managerial communication skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office. Forklift and material handling equipment operation skills; ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Knowledge of OSHA practices and safe materials handling; warehouse experience in distribution center operations is an asset. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
