Warehouse Manager

Job Overview The Warehouse Manager coordinates warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics to keep inventory accurate and goods moving efficiently. This role guides daily workflows, supports safe materials handling, and works with colleagues to improve service across shipping and receiving. Responsibilities Lead warehouse teams, assign work, and communicate priorities to support reliable warehouse distribution and warehouse operations. Oversee inventory control and inventory management using inventory management systems, a warehouse management system, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office. Coordinate shipping and receiving, logistics, and operations; monitor forklift and other material handling equipment operation. Identify process improvement opportunities and apply lean management practices to strengthen accuracy, safety, and workflow. Your impact: Clear coordination helps colleagues fulfill orders accurately and keep warehouse activity on schedule. Skills Required: Practical team management, team leadership, managerial communication, inventory control, and logistics capabilities support effective daily operations. Preferred: Warehouse experience, warehouse supervisor experience, warehouse management, Epicor warehouse management system, RF scanner use, forklift and materials handling, heavy lifting, and OSHA knowledge can strengthen your contribution.
