Job Title: Warehouse Manager Job Classification: Full Time Position Location: Rochester, NY Responsibilities: The responsibilities/functions may include but are not limited to the following: Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and material. Maintain and track tools, equipment, and other assets moving to and from job sites. Coordinate with field staff and make deliveries of equipment, supplies, or material. Accurately track and organize assets. Receive packages, supplies, and material for the purpose of distributing items to assigned sites and/or individuals. Maintain and coordinate service for company vehicles. Safely operate company vehicles and other equipment. Attend staff meetings as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Property and facility maintenance. Learn and understand the importance of effective communication. Learn and understand the importance of customer relations. Required Competencies/Skills: Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask Exceptional attention to detail Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Strong written and verbal communication skills Willing to work in some temperature extremes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility for assigned tasks Experience with MS Office and ability to learn company-specific programs and software One year of supervisory experience is preferred Three years of warehouse experience is preferred Why Join RW Dake Construction?
