ing all warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team leadership. This role plays a critical part in coordinating material flow between production and distribution, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring that all customer shipments are fulfilled on time and according to specification.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and shipping.
• Create and manage packing slips, coordinate with customers on shipping schedules, and ensure all shipments are properly documented.
• Schedule, track, and follow up on all shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate communication with carriers and customers.
• Oversee receiving processes, verifying incoming ingredients and packaging against purchase orders and checking materials into the ERP system.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and end-of-week/brand-specific inventory reviews.
• Maintain and update all data in the warehouse management software to reflect accurate stock levels and production usage.
• Process production runs, ensuring finished goods are accurately recorded and moved into inventory.
• Identify and report red flags in materials, production reporting, or shipments, and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, and warehouse best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and establish accountability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
