Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations. Supervise, train, and hold warehouse employees accountable. Train employees on warehouse procedures and job responsibilities. Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory records. Investigate inventory discrepancies and correct the cause. Establish procedures and ensure compliance. Enforce safety rules and proper equipment use. Improve warehouse organization, workflow, and productivity. Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries. Keep the warehouse clean, secure, and operational. Work alongside the team when needed. Qualifications Warehouse management or supervisory experience. Strong, calm, and professional leadership style. Clear communication with warehouse staff and company leadership. Strong organization and follow-through. Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Ability to address performance and workplace issues promptly. Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse or ERP systems. Forklift experience; certification is preferred. Military, law enforcement, security, logistics, or similar leadership experience is welcome. Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
