Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Millville, NJ. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments. The Warehouse Manager will organize workflows, supervise warehouse team members, monitor equipment use, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role includes maintaining accurate records, optimizing storage and space utilization, collaborating with purchasing and logistics teams, and resolving operational issues to support timely and efficient order fulfillment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in stock control and inventory control to maintain accurate counts and minimize discrepancies. Candidates should possess skills in inventory management and operations management to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse processes. Candidates should possess skills in forklift operation and safe material handling to move and store products efficiently. Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating schedules to meet operational targets. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or related inventory software tools. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work on-site in Millville, NJ and meet physical requirements of warehouse work, such as standing and lifting within reasonable limits. Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role; experience in healthcare distribution is beneficial.
