Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations,

inventory management, purchasing processes, and warehouse team. This is a hands-on leadership role that

directly impacts our technicians' ability to serve customers efficiently and effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Order fulfillment accuracy

• On-time delivery of parts and materials

• Inventory accuracy and cycle count performance

• Material expense management

1• Purchase order processing and receiving accuracy

• Warranty claim processing and recovery

• Warehouse organization and cleanliness

• Team productivity and schedule coverage

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-4 warehouse associates

• Ensure technicians receive the right parts and materials on time

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and inventory controls

• Process and track purchase orders from creation through receiving

• Negotiate pricing and purchasing agreements with vendors

• Monitor inventory costs and material expenses

• Manage warranty claims and manufacturer credits

• Develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment

• Schedule warehouse associates to ensure coverage during operating hours and evenings as needed

• Collaborate with field operations to anticipate inventory and material needs

• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for cost savings

• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to monitor warehouse performance

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management, inventory management, or operations leadership experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with purchasing, inventory control, and vendor management

• Proven ability to create and improve processes

2• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and hold a team accountable

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Schedule

Our warehouse supports field operations from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Warehouse Manager

is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing and schedule coverage to support technicians and

operational needs throughout the day.
