Role Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Parts & Warehouse Manager to bring structure to warehouse operations, strengthen inventory accuracy, and establish sustainable processes. This is not an entry-level role. The right candidate has personally improved warehouse organization, can demonstrate measurable results, and has the leadership potential to grow with our business. You will work closely with our existing Purchasing Manager and Operations team. Essential Functions Assess and improve warehouse layout, storage locations, labeling, staging, and materials flow. Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory movements, returns, and day-to-day warehouse organization. Implement inventory controls, cycle counts, and prompt resolution of discrepancies. Partner with Purchasing to coordinate stock requirements, inbound materials, and backorders. Stage accurate materials for installation and service teams; communicate shortages early. Create clear, repeatable procedures and encourage accountability across teams. Identify and implement approved operational improvements, tracking progress and results. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive warehouse, inventory, or materials-management experience. Proven track record organizing or restructuring warehouse operations and improving inventory accuracy. Experience implementing warehouse procedures and working with inventory systems or ERP software. Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide, motivate, and hold others accountable, with the potential to supervise team members as the company grows. Comfortable with both hands-on warehouse work and driving operational improvements. Preferred: prior leadership experience and technical-parts industry exposure (AV, security, electrical, HVAC, construction).
