Warehouse Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Bilingual (English and Spanish) Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Coordinate the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste across warehouse operations. Maintain accurate inventory control through regular audits and utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels effectively. Oversee compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members. Manage team performance through effective communication, training, and motivation to foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline distribution center operations and ensure timely delivery of products. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, and operations management. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong knowledge of materials handling equipment operation including forklifts and heavy lifting techniques. Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives such as lean management practices. Excellent managerial communication skills with proven team leadership capabilities. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, OSHA safety standards, and materials handling regulations.
