Warehouse Manager
Certified Electric, Inc.Overview Lead safe, efficient warehouse operations from receiving through shipping. As Warehouse Manager, you’ll coordinate people, inventory, equipment, and logistics to keep distribution moving and support reliable service. Your impact: By strengthening inventory control and daily processes, you help warehouse teams locate materials accurately and keep orders moving. Responsibilities Direct warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling. Lead, schedule, and communicate expectations to team members; support team leadership and day-to-day performance. Oversee inventory management and inventory control using an inventory management systems. Promote safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment; reinforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and safe heavy lifting practices. Identify process improvement opportunities and apply lean management principles to improve workflow and logistics. Experience Warehouse experience, including warehouse supervisor experience or other team management responsibilities, is important. Knowledge of warehouse management, warehouse distribution, warehouse operations. Experience with inventory systems, RF scanners, Microsoft Office, shipping and receiving, and logistics is useful. Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly with managers and staff, and support safe materials handling. Forklift and material handling equipment operation experience is preferred.
