We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Supervisory Responsibilities Oversees the daily workflow and floor activities of the warehouse and operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Directs staff in receiving, stock put-away, order picking, and order consolidation for customer shipments. Promotes a safe, clean working environment and supports the implementation of operational handbooks and workplace safety procedures. Works independently to manage operational constraints and leads the team effectively without immediate supervision. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain precise tracking of stock locations, parts, and bins across warehouse aisles. Lead regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations. Execute and supervise operational tasks in the warehouse area, including preparing goods and equipment for deployment. Ensure zero-defect fulfillment by verifying pick sheets, package labels, and custom project requirements. Adapt to changing project priorities and manage task prioritization under pressure. Expected to assist and pitch in with general warehouse associate duties as needed to support daily operations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or industrial environment. Proven leadership or management experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with inventory tracking. Comfort and technical aptitude to safely operate power tools. Strong communication, team management, and conflict resolution capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Valid forklift certification and prior forklift operation experience. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance standards.
