You’ve led a warehouse or shipping crew before, and you know how to hold people to a standard while helping them grow. You’re organized and steady, and you’d rather fix a broken process than live with it. Job Responsibilities Report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Lead, manage, and hold your Receiving, Shipping, and Parts Washing team accountable for hitting personal and team goals Own finished goods and material inventory accuracy through consistent cycle counts and disciplined processes Run inbound receiving and outbound shipping so orders go out on time and right Drive efficient scrap recycling and waste processing to control costs and stay compliant Oversee parts washing to make sure output meets quality and readiness standards Job Requirements Proven experience managing warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations Proven ability to lead and develop team leads and individual contributors Proven working knowledge of inventory management systems and counting practices Compensation Benefits $70,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
