Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Job Description Direct, Manage, and Schedule Warehouse Associates and Delivery Crews – conduct safety meetings ongoing Oversee and assist with receiving, storage and staging of materials and parts Coordinate incoming deliveries from vendors Ensure exceptions are reported immediately Prepare warehouse paperwork for incoming deliveries. (Print SOAs for truck's or container's contents) System Data Entry – input receiving and compare to the SOA for the project. Put away and note location of all service parts and paint cans that arrive during the week. Oversee & manage all materials going OUT of the warehouse Apply delivery price to projects as needed & perform deliveries as needed Obtain signatures of clients and/or sub-contractors upon delivery or pick-up of materials Pull installation materials for In House projects. Assist service and punch with pulling parts for jobs on the out report. Handle RMAs Manage Product Only pickups where payment is required before materials can be released. Manage supplies and equipment – inventory, requisitions, ordering Generate POs in QuickBooks for our Vendors who provide Installation Supplies. Order other office supplies and warehouse essentials (Paper, Toiletries, Kitchen Supplies, etc.) Process supply orders for Subcontractors and collect payment. Enter transactions into QuickBooks. Manage Fleet and Facilities Management and Maintenance Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in warehouse management - Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics - Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) - Proven ability in supervising and leading a team - Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
