We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who is ready to take ownership, elevate operations, and lead with confidence.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the heartbeat of our operations. From inventory accuracy and delivery flow to team performance and safety, you’ll own the systems, standards, and culture of the warehouse. You’ll lead from the floor, grow your team, and continuously improve processes to support our sales team, customers, and overall business success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of 7–10 warehouse staff
• Develop and implement streamlined warehouse processes with a Lean mindset
• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and flow
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
• Maintain excellent warehouse organization, including bin location systems
• Oversee delivery management, including loading and unloading of all deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper product storage
• Ensure the safety of all warehouse personnel and enforce safety standards
• Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and continuously improve operations
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the leadership team to support company goals
  
  

What You Bring

• A strong leadership personality and mindset
• Proven warehouse management experience
• Excellent organizational and operational skills
• Experience with inventory management, deliveries, and cycle counts
• Warehouse Management Software experience (SAP knowledge a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy

The Details

Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site in Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $55,000 -75,000 salary (based on experience)
No late nights. Just meaningful work with an amazing team.
