Warehouse Manager

Job Overview At Borrelli’s we aspire to provide our local clientele with excellent distribution service and the highest quality food products available world wide. The Warehouse Manager coordinates daily warehouse operations, supporting accurate inventory, efficient order fulfillment, and reliable service. This is an independent role that also performs local deliveries. Responsibilities Perform receiving, storage, order picking, packaging, and dispatch while maintaining accurate inventory records. Use warehouse management systems and ERP tools, where applicable, to enter, monitor, transfer orders and stock. Manage stock for onsite and remote offsite warehouses Review operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements in warehouse distribution and supply chain workflows. Perform local deliveries in cargo van & cube truck, hand unloading order off truck into customer place of business Hire freight companies for out of town deliveries Reading and counting cases and pieces on customer orders Heavy and repetitive lifting ranging from 30 to 80 pound products Operate pallet lift jack and forklift Unload, count, and stock truckload/container inbound shipments Cleaning and organizing warehouse and equipment Requirements Completed secondary education, preferably BBA Provide clean drivers abstract and police clearance Provide proof of identification and employment eligibility Must have G license in Ontario Must have minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/logistics Must have a positive attitude, passionate about career, high level of intelligence and integrity Must be comfortable with hands on projects in warehouse Experienced using forklift and lift truck Practical computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows, along with organizational, communication, and time management skills to coordinate people, inventory, and daily workflows Familiarity with SAP, other ERP systems, warehouse management systems, data analysis. Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 – 42.0 per week Work Location: In person
