Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a motivated team focused on efficiency and safety. Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste. Manage inventory control through accurate tracking using inventory management systems. Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation scheduling and coordination with carriers to optimize distribution center performance. Operate or supervise the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively. Proven experience in warehouse operations or warehouse supervisor roles with strong leadership capabilities. Extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and logistics processes. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
