Join Ruiz Foods in a highly visible leadership role where you will shape warehouse performance, strengthen team capability, and influence supply chain execution at both the Florence plant and enterprise levels. As Warehouse Manager, you will lead shipping, storage, and receiving operations while partnering across functions to deliver a safe workplace and reliable service to internal and external customers. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or third-party logistics operations Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and managing warehouse teams across multiple shifts Experience using data and key performance indicators to evaluate performance and drive improvement Experience with logistics systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS; Infor WMS experience is highly relevant Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, follow-up, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools Understanding of contracts and customer agreements What You’ll Lead You will own the team, budget, performance, and daily execution of warehouse operations for the Florence plant, with accountability for safety, service, cost, productivity, inventory accuracy, and timely material flow. Develop and execute warehouse operating plans that improve cost, service, and performance. Direct and optimize the full order cycle through the Infor WMS platform, monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, labor management, fill rate, and on-time, in-full performance. Lead, coach, train, and engage warehouse team members across all shifts, reinforcing safe and proper work practices. Meet safety, cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. Maintain performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements. Prepare and submit annual budgets for internal shipping and receiving teams. Ensure daily and weekly planning, standard work, and leader standard work are completed. Maintain facilities and equipment, promote strong housekeeping, and provide a safe work environment. Partner with Operations to execute timely and accurate raw-material and finished-goods flows. Ensure inventory is received, stored, and managed to expectations. Build team morale and a culture of accountability across the warehouse operation. Perform other duties as assigned.
