Status: Full-time, Exempt Reports to : Branch Manager About the Role: The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of goods at our Miami branch. They are responsible for efficient receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Strong supervisory skills are required along with the ability to work well with a diverse team in a busy, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management to meet company performance goals. Assign daily tasks and supervise warehouse staff. Monitor and review warehouse team's time and attendance. Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Regularly inspect warehouse for safety issues. Prepare accident reports and make safety corrections as needed. Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize workflow and inventory accuracy. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory control and reduce discrepancies. Develop and enforce policies and procedures that improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs. Serve as backup to warehouse and delivery drivers and fill in when needed Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
