Warehouse Manager NorthStar Molecules Job Overview NorthStar Molecules is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee fulfillment, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and improving operational efficiency across our growing business in the regenerative medicine, wellness, longevity, and supplement industries. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Manage and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, productivity, and accountability. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts and audits. Ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Establish and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures. Coordinate with internal teams to support fulfillment and business operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Experience in warehouse management, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with inventory management systems and shipping platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software. Forklift experience and warehouse safety knowledge are preferred.
